Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility, open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

One entry per person. Existing email subscribers are eligible to enter. Entrants must provide a valid email address. No purchase is necessary to enter.

2. How to Enter. Subscribe to the Step Back In Time Photography email list through the official website or nominated subscription link.

Existing subscribers are automatically included in the draw, provided they remain eligible. Following Step Back In Time Photography on Facebook and Instagram is encouraged but is not a requirement for entry. Duplicate subscriptions will not result in additional entries.

3. Giveaway Period Entries open: 16th October 2026. Entries close: 30th November 2026.  Winner drawn: 1st December 2026

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. The Prize, One winner will receive a $400 AUD photography credit redeemable with Step Back In Time Photography.

The credit: Can be used towards any new photography session or wedding package. cannot be applied to existing bookings, previously purchased sessions or outstanding balances. Can be used towards family, couples, maternity, newborn, equine, pet, engagement and wedding photography.

Can be used towards a package exceeding $400, with the winner responsible for paying the difference. If the selected package is valued below $400, the remaining credit may be used towards additional digital images or professional print products associated with that session. Cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred or sold. Cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers.

5. Prize Redemption. The credit is valid for 12 months from the winner announcement date. The photography session or wedding must take place within the 12-month validity period. Bookings are subject to availability. Standard booking contracts, policies and conditions apply. Travel fees may apply to locations outside the photographer's standard service area. Any unused credit remaining after the applicable session and associated image or print purchases will expire.

6. Winner Selection. One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their subscription. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, the promoter may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws and any published redraw arrangements. The prize cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize or cash.

7. Email Subscriptions & Privacy. Entry is administered using the email addresses provided through the subscription forms. Subscriber information will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. By subscribing, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Step Back In Time Photography, as disclosed on the subscription form. Subscribers may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Personal information will not be publicly disclosed except where required by law or with consent.

8. General Conditions The promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent or duplicate entries. The promoter is not responsible for technical issues preventing entries from being received, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
